Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Support Specialist to assist with managing the commercial dialer system. This role is less customer-facing than before-your primary responsibility will be queuing calls for agents and ensuring the dialer runs smoothly. Occasionally, you may interact with commercial clients, but most of your day will focus on administrative tasks that keep operations moving.
Location: Portsmouth, NH (first day of training in Salem, NH)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $16-$18/hr DOE bi-weekly bonus opportunity
Status: Full-time, onsite while on contract; hybrid after permanent conversion
