DUTIES

Customer Service

  • A passion for customer retention and pro-active execution of company's customer retention plan.
  • Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.
  • Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.
  • Able to be On-Call during non-working office hours every 4 - 6 weeks for a full week





Dispatch

  • Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours.
  • Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
  • Track service vehicles via Samsara
  • Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.
  • Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.
  • Accurate and timely resolve Customer Inquiries
