CNC Operator 1st shift

We're seeking experienced CNC Lathe & CNC Milling Operators to join our clients growing precision manufacturing team in Billerica, MA. This is a great opportunity to join a clean, modern facility that specializes in high-quality metal components for a variety of industries.

Schedule:

• Summer: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (4x10-hour days)
• Winter: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Pay Range: $24-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Type: Temp-to-hire

Location: Billerica, MA

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC Milling to produce precision metal components.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators) to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

What Our Client is Looking For:

• 2 years of CNC lathe and/or milling operation experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
