We are seeking a Client Services & Travel Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer support and travel coordination services. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer experience, problem-solving, and travel logistics. You will handle inbound calls, assist with booking arrangements, and ensure compliance with international travel requirements.
- Manage high-volume inbound calls (30-50 per day) and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide travel coordination support, including booking assistance and itinerary updates.
- Advise clients on international travel requirements such as passports, visas, and documentation.
- Assist customers with document uploads and troubleshoot technical issues related to travel processes.
- Maintain professional communication, demonstrate empathy, and resolve escalated concerns effectively.
- Stay informed on global travel regulations, using resources like government websites and news updates.
- Utilize multiple systems to process requests, identify trends, and ensure data accuracy.
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
- High level of patience, adaptability, and attention to detail.
