Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Support
* Manage front desk in a closed, isolated lobby.
* Minimal phone answering and guest greeting.
* Operate visitor management system.
* Control gate access for visitors.
* Monitor security cameras (light security duties).
* Maintain breakroom supplies, coffee machines, and general tidiness (e.g., dishes).
Administrative & Customer Service
* Occasional backup to customer service team.
* Assist with order entry, email updates, and basic internal communications.
* Provide basic billing support (Texas-based billing).
Marketing Support
* Stepped in after marketing person left.
* Assist with:
o Branding tasks
o Social media management
o Internal and external email communications
o Managing distribution lists
o Ensuring availability of marketing materials (brochures, show supplies, etc.)
Sales Support
* Handle inside sales-type phone calls as needed
