Position: Bilingual Administrator
Location: Carrollton, TX
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Administrator to join our corporate office team. This role is essential in supporting daily business operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating with managers and repair technicians, processing purchase orders, managing email correspondence, and completing data entry tasks. Additional administrative duties will include preparing and maintaining documents, organizing files, supporting internal reporting, and assisting with general office coordination.
This position is best suited for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Please note: this role does not involve cold calling or sales.
- Answer and route incoming customer calls in a professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and technicians
- Communicate effectively with managers, technicians, and other departments
- Process purchase orders and track documentation for accuracy
- Manage and respond to email communications promptly
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
- Assist in preparing reports, forms, and internal correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks
