Your Role
- Full-time Front Desk Clinic Administrator (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
- $18-20 per hour, depending on experience.
- Support clinic operations and our therapy team. Be the key point of contact for patients and families.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Greet families warmly and professionally.
- Maintain organized patient records.
- Handle office tasks and order supplies.
- Assist therapists and support staff.
- Explain pre-appointment information to clients.
- Verify insurance and communicate with providers.
- Process payments.
- 1-3 years of front office experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Experience with insurance verification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and EMR (a plus).
