Appointment Scheduling Specialist

We are looking for an organized and motivated Appointment Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in scheduling appointments and keeping our team's calendars running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying organized, and working in a team environment. No prior experience is required-just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to contact potential clients and set up appointments.
• Schedule an average of 1.5 qualified appointments per day (approximately 37 per month).
• Ensure that all appointments are added to our team's Outlook calendars.
• Update client and prospect notes in our Dynamics CRM system.
• Manage task and activity lists to make sure follow-ups are completed on time.
• Document call activity and results in our system.
• Notify team members about newly scheduled appointments and meetings.
• Help identify new opportunities for surveys or sales in assigned territories.
• Forward service and installation requests to the Sales Admin team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage schedules, tasks, and follow-ups effectively.
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems (training will be provided).
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required.
