Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: Roseville
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: $25 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a small office in Roseville. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and is looking for a steady, long‑term position.
About the Role:
While this is an administrative role, it functions as the main point of support for the office. You will not be managing a team, but you will help keep the office running smoothly. The office consists of approximately five employees, and the role requires someone comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day‑to‑day administrative and office support tasks
- Manage a high volume of communication via email
- Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed
- Maintain organization of documents and office processes
- Support general office coordination and operations
- Work proactively to complete tasks without being micromanaged
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work with a variety of personalities
