System Administrator III

Summary:Senior technical resource responsible for complex troubleshooting, infrastructure administration, project execution, and advanced configuration of client environments.Primary Responsibilities:Conduct advanced root-cause analysis and resolve issues escalated from System Administrator IIProvide tenant-level M365 expertise including advanced mail routing, SharePoint site structure, conditional access policy troubleshooting, security configuration, and advanced Defender investigationsComfortable working with DNS (internal and external), MX records and SSL certsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable supporting infrastructure wide Layer 2 and 3 networkingComfortable deploying networking infrastructure (Firewall, Access points, switches)Develop and maintain scripting-based automation for RMM tasks and onboarding/offboarding workflowsLead small to medium-sized client projects including migrations, network refreshes, and server-to-cloud transitionsDocument advanced processes and provide internal training for System Administrator I and II personnelParticipate in scoping discussions with account management to support solution designRelevant Certifications:Microsoft 365 Security Administrator (SC-300), Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Security , Ubiquiti UEWA/UBWA, Meraki advanced certifications.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
