You'll manage projects from concept to completion, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth by identifying and securing service opportunities.Prepare and present compelling proposals to new and existing clients.Manage all phases of service projects, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, anticipating needs and resolving issues.Collaborate with engineers and field teams to optimize service delivery.Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with leadership.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).3 years of experience in plumbing systems, service sales, or project management.Strong technical understanding of plumbing systems and ability to interpret engineered drawings.Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel (up to 25%).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $80,000-$120,000 annually, based on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.Professional development and growth opportunities.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
