Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Fountain Valley, CA (100% Onsite)Duration: Temporary (Approx 4-6 months)Pay: $20-$25/hr.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Sales, Accessories & Customer Experience Business Unit. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.Reporting to the Manager of the Commercial Management Team, you will support several business units by coordinating projects, managing administrative tasks, and creating executive-level reporting dashboards to track KPIs and strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards to consolidate and monitor KPIs and business objectives.Conduct research and perform data collection and analysis for assigned projects.Provide administrative support, including calendar management, expense tracking, travel coordination, and event planning.Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by management.Identify potential issues and propose solutions to ensure project success.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.3 years of relevant experience; project management and administrative support preferred.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.Automotive industry experience is a plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
