Our client, an American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate, is currently seeking a part-time Influencer/Marketing Coordinator in Hudson Square NY. Hybrid (2 days in office and 2 days working from home)Part TimePay Rate $41.33 per hour6 Month Contract Job Description:The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber growth for Streaming. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel.· Prospect and curate new talent for influencer campaigns in but not limited to Korea leveraging SaaS platforms and social platform search tools.· Build and manage direct relationships with social media influencers and agencies within but not limited to Korea· Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like brand, legal, and strategy for campaign approvals and coordination.· Responsible for the collection, storage, and distribution of marketing assets such as branded materials and influencer assets across multiple databases.· Liaise with Paid Media teams to coordinate asset deliveries and campaign launches.· Track, monitor, and report on post/ad performance against key KPIs on a regular basis· Proactively manage the brand's "influencer funnel," constantly updating it with new, authentic, on-brand influencers to partner with.· Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in local markets. Education: Bachelors Degree Basic Qualifications:· 1-3 years of influencer marketing experience.· Fluency in Korean and English is required.· Passion for influencer marketing, pop culture and industry trends.· Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills working with colleagues across departments at all levels· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment· Knowledge of various paid social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.· Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn and willing to tackle new challenges· Analytical mindset· Strategic self-starter and ability to prioritize many ongoing projects.· Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.· Ability to manage confidential information· Nice to have: strong relationships with local agencies and influencer in Korea.· Sense of humor and desire to have fun!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
