This role is perfect for an experienced HR professional who loves being hands-on, supporting a dedicated workforce, and owning meaningful HR operations from onboarding to compliance.You'll be the go-to person for a 200 employee population and play a key part in strengthening processes, supporting employees, and keeping the organization running smoothly.Location: Burlington, MA (Onsite)Type: Contract-to-Hire | Salary: $90k-$135k | Schedule: M-F, 8-5What You'll DoLead onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and day-to-day HR operations.Own key HR compliance reporting including ACA, AAF, VETS, HUR, 401(k), and non-discretionary programs.Maintain accurate employee data and documentation using a manual workflow supported by SharePoint.Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and government contract requirements.Support benefits administration and policy guidance.Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and continuous improvement.What Our Client is Looking For10 years of HR experience; government contracting experience is a plus.HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) preferred; HR bachelor's degree also considered.Strong background in HR compliance reporting (ACA, AAF, VETS, HUR, 401k, etc.).Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and follow-through.Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional, onsite environment.Proficient with MS Office; SharePoint experience is a plus.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
