Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking a talented HR Generalist to join a dynamic team in Fremont, California. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at partnering with leadership to drive HR programs that enhance the employee experience.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers.Conduct interviews and screenings, ensuring compliance with background checks and I-9/E-Verify.Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs.Employee Relations & HR SupportServe as a resource for employees on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.Document employee relations cases and investigations with discretion.Handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially.HR Data & ReportingMaintain HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.Use advanced Excel skills for data analysis and insights.HR Operations & ComplianceAdminister HR programs including compensation, benefits, and performance documentation.Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.Culture & EngagementSupport engagement initiatives and site-level culture programs.Provide workforce insights to inform planning and decision-making.General AdministrationAssist leadership with document management and meeting coordination.Perform additional duties as needed to support HR operations.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance fundamentals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.Preferred ExperienceHRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.Safety training programs and compliance frameworks.Multi-site or high-volume manufacturing experience.Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.Required Work HoursMonday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PMBenefitsThe position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$80,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits to ensure a supportive work environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
