Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist for a crucial role in assisting with the transition of payroll systems from Paycor to Paycom. This 2-month assignment is located in Scotts Valley, CA, and plays a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely migration of employee data.ResponsibilitiesExtract personnel and payroll files from Paycor.Audit employee records for accuracy and completeness.Enter and validate data in Paycom according to established guidelines.Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process.Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Prior experience with HRIS or payroll systems preferred (Paycor/Paycom experience a plus).Required Work HoursMonday to FridayBenefitsThe role offers a competitive pay range of $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.Additional DetailsThis position reports directly to the Head of HR and is an essential part of the payroll transition team.
