Call Center Intake RepLocation: Racine, WIPay: $17.00 per hourOverview:Our organization is committed to supporting individuals and families by connecting them with essential services and resources that promote overall well-being and long-term stability.We are currently seeking a Call Center Intake Rep to join our team. This full-time role is based in Racine, WI and serves communities across the region.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone in a front desk and intake capacity.Conduct interviews to assess eligibility for various support programs.Accurately process applications and maintain client records.Collaborate with community partners and service providers.Participate in outreach efforts and community events to engage underserved populations, including veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families with young children.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Basic math and computer proficiency.Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work with diverse populations.Experience in a nonprofit or human services setting is preferred.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
