Ultimate Properties is looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman or Repair Estimator in the Davenport area who can inspect a property we are potentially purchasing and provide a detailed repair estimate. This initial walkthrough will help us understand the full scope of needed repairs.
If we move forward with buying the property, we’re going to hire the same person full time for ongoing handyman and property maintenance work. This is a long-term opportunity for someone dependable and skilled.
Responsibilities:
- Walk through the property and identify all needed repairs
- Provide clear, itemized repair estimates (materials, labor, timelines)
- Communicate findings professionally
- (If hired full time) Perform general repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
Requirements:
- Experience in handyman work, property repairs, or estimating
- Ability to create accurate, detailed repair estimates
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Strong communication and punctuality
