HANDYMAN – GENERAL MAINTENANCE
About the Role
Ultimate Properties is looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman to help with general maintenance and repairs at our rental properties in St Cloud, MN.
This is a part-time, flexible independent contractor position for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Handle general maintenance and repairs at rental properties
- Can perform minor repairs involving drywall, doors, trim, flooring, plumbing, and other household items
- Install, troubleshoot, and if possible, repair household appliances, such as dryers, washers, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers
- Perform basic property upkeep and maintenance
- Identify issues and determine the best way to complete repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Provide photos, updates, and estimates when requested
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a handyman or maintenance worker
- Experience with appliance installation, troubleshooting, or repair is a plus
- Able to handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
- Reliable, self-motivated, and good at communicating
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own basic tools and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for on-call work
