Ultimate 3D Printing Store is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing 3D printing operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, print specifications, timelines, and general inquiries. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technical information, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for customers requesting 3D printing services- Assist customers with order intake, purchase order requests, and quotes.- Communicate clearly with customers regarding pricing, shipping timelines, and order status- Review customer complaints and escalate technical issues to the team- Coordinate with the team to ensure accurate order fulfillment- Address customer questions, concerns, or issues related to print quality, materials, or delivery- Document customer interactions, orders, and updates in internal systems (i.e Shopify & Shipstation)- Follow company procedures for quality, safety, and customer service
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent (required)- Previous customer service experience required; experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical services is a plus- Familiarity with 3D printing concepts and materials is preferred but not required- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to understand and explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must- Knowledge of Shopify and Shipstation is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule:- On-site- Full-time - Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST
