Job Overview

Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise installations and repairs
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform tasks efficiently
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to ensure optimal flow and prevent blockages
- Perform plumbing system inspections to identify issues early and recommend appropriate solutions
- Operate company vehicles safely for transportation to job sites while adhering to all commercial driving regulations
- Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and specifications
- Follow all safety protocols, including heavy lifting procedures and proper handling of HVAC components when necessary
- Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services such as carpentry or assembly as needed
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for quality assurance
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in residential or commercial environments
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge of water systems
- Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, power tools, hand tools, and schematics reading
- Familiarity with local building codes governing plumbing installations and repairs
- Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety standards for heavy lifting and site protocols
- Knowledge of HVAC systems related to plumbing or mechanical components is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, or adjustments during installations or repairs
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws
