What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer (Hybrid) position at uisystemoffice?

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for websites. (25%)
Use industry-standard graphic design and video editing tools to create documents, reports, presentations, videos, and various design assets. (20%)
Design print publications, newsletters, and program brochures. (10%)
Serve on website development teams to ensure university design and branding standards are met. (10%)
Work with stakeholders to identify requirements that result in the development of graphical, video, and web deliverables. (10%)
Serve as a consultant on projects, leveraging a human-centered design process to assist with creating training deliverables. (10%)
May assist higher level coworkers in supervising work operations and lower-level coworkers, such as (10%):
- assisting higher level coworkers, customers, and stakeholders in determining the most efficient and economical means of producing graphics to convey the customers' information
- assisting higher level coworkers in orienting and training new personnel in operation of equipment, in-house procedures, terminology, and methods
- maintaining files of job orders
- proofing completed jobs before and after production
- ordering supplies and maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies
Other duties and responsibilities as appropriate for a Graphic Design Associate. (5%)
