Position Summary
The Extra Help Human Resource Associate (HRIS Consultant) supports Human Resources through data-driven HRIS projects, including the design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and configuration of HR systems to meet business and user needs. This role develops and maintains reporting and analytics solutions, promotes data quality and governance, and documents end-to-end HRIS processes through a centralized knowledgebase to support operational consistency, onboarding, and knowledge transfer. The HRIS Consultant also contributes to special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in HRIS projects with a focus on data analysis, including the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of HR systems. Support system testing and validation activities and assist with application configuration or modifications to meet business and user requirements. 40%
- Develop and maintain HR reporting and analytics solutions to support departmental decision-making. Identify data quality issues and recommend or participate in data cleanup and governance initiatives to improve accuracy and reliability. 30%
- Document and maintain end-to-end HRIS processes, workflows, configurations, integrations, and data structures used for analysis by developing and managing a centralized knowledgebase that includes standard operating procedures, job aids, and troubleshooting resources. Support onboarding and ongoing knowledge transfer for HRIS staff. 20%
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
