About the Role
As our Executive Assistant, you'll be a force multiplier for our CEO, ensuring they can focus on the highest-leverage activities—closing enterprise deals, building partnerships, and scaling the company. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate across time zones with enterprise clients, handle sensitive communications, and keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. This role has a clear path to Chief of Staff for the right person who demonstrates strategic thinking and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize the CEO's calendar, ruthlessly prioritizing time across sales calls, investor meetings, team sessions, and deep work blocks
- Coordinate logistics for enterprise client meetings, demos, and on-site visits with major accounting firms
- Draft and manage email communications, ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects, investors, and partners
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing docs, and follow-up summaries for key external meetings
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative tasks with precision
- Serve as a gatekeeper and traffic controller, ensuring the right people get access at the right times
- Support board meeting preparation, investor updates, and fundraising logistics
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Take on special projects—from vendor negotiations to event planning to internal operations improvements
- Build systems and processes that scale as the company grows

Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience
