Office Coordinator- Behavioral Health
The Office Coordinator performs and assists with the implementation of clerical and public relations functions of office. Actively support, promote and work to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values associated with Thousand Branches Wellness. This position ensures the office operates efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Thousand Branches Wellness will provide outpatient mental health services including Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication Management, and Individual Therapy. A subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the largest and most respected providers of hospital and behavioral healthcare services, Thousand Branches Wellness has an exciting oppiortunity for an experienced office coordinator who enjoys the excitment and challenges of a start-up!

Responsibilities
Office Coordinator- Behavioral Health
The Office Coordinator performs and assists with the implementation of clerical and public relations functions of office. Actively support, promote and work to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values associated with Thousand Branches Wellness. This position ensures the office operates efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative communication with coworkers, clients and referral sources
- Organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects and tasks
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Telephone Screening of inquiry calls with appropriate referrals made for any emergency situation and appointments scheduled as appropriate
- Documentation of all incoming inquiry calls
- Obtain records/documentation as needed from referring agencies
- Maintain confidentiality through good judgement
- Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
- Crisis Management and Verbal De-escalation
- Provide support and assistance to clients and guests in the waiting area
- Maintain a calm and compassionate demeanor
- Manage day-to-day schedule, follow up, appointment confirmation and re-schedule as needed
- Follow up/respond to incoming calls/emails/fax requests within timelines outlined in policy
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related work experience required
- Proficient in MS office products
