Supervises RN's, Patient Care Associates, Clerical Associates and other clinical support personnel. Coaches and mentors the Assistant Nurse Manager, if applicable, for succession planning.
Qualifications
Age of Patients Served: All Age Groups. Required Education: Bachelor's degree - New hires effective August 1, 2013, must have a BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
