Nurse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee clinic operations, manage clinic staff, and improve the patient care experience. The Nurse Manager will work closely with doctors to ensure their needs are met, collaborate with the VP to meet market expectations, and fill in for all roles as needed, including Nurse, Medical Assistant, and Front Desk.

Essential Skills

• Experience with electronic health records
• Clinical operations knowledge
• Medical and healthcare management skills
• EMR and medical terminology proficiency
• Leadership and management abilities
• Medical assisting skills
• Customer service expertise
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Clinical experience working with patients

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• RN with a 2-year or 4-year degree
• LPN
• CMA with 4 years of experience in a clinical environment

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite at a primary care clinic, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
