Overview
Works under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and in coordination with Intake to assure that the skills of the caregiver team assigned to each case are appropriately matched to the needs of the clients. Responsible for supporting the attainment of desired outcomes and improving customer satisfaction. Schedule only the amount of frequency, and duration of services identified in the plan of care and ordered by the physician and/or as authorized by payor source, whenever policy dictates that a physician's order is required. Maintain a standardized weekly schedule for all active clients and document daily schedule changes on the scheduling form. Validate caregiver documentation against schedules prior to payroll and appropriately resolve differences.
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) to three (3) related experience in health care delivery or business. Prior scheduling experience in a customer service setting is preferred. Must be computer competent.Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:Employees in this position:Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purposeNOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.Licensure/Certification/Registration:None
