UCPSA Parent Direct Care Worker/Caregiver (W2 employee)
Wage: $17.00/hour Attendant Care
$18.00/hour Habilitation

Job Duties
- Here are some of the ways our DCWs support our clients and their unique needs.
- Personal Care (assistance with bathing/toileting/general grooming etc.)
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Administration
- Housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, cleaning personal spaces etc.)
- General Supervision
- Adhere to a weekly schedule with good attendance and punctuality
- Comply with EVV System
- Complete and maintain all mandotory trainings and certifications (ie, CPR/FA, Article 9, Criminal History Affidavit, Central Registry, Continued Education, ect..)
- Adhere to all agency policies and requirements
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Successful fingerprint and DES/CPS/APS clearance
- Ability to complete state required training through our agency
Salary : $17 - $18
