Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation and medication management as needed.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Document client progress and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Hoyer Lift, Total Care Experience
- Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, or hospice care practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are advantageous.

Compassionate DSP's Needed ValleyWide
All training to become a DSP is done in office or in your home including CPR/First Aid! Must be able to pass a Background Check and have a Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. If you dont have one, we can help you get one.

- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR/First Aid Certificate (Required)
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Article 9 (Required)
