Description

The Department of Ophthalmology's Glaucoma Division is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily clinic operations and deliver excellent patient service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform patient check-in/out
  • Collect co-pays and process patient payments
  • Secure authorizations and referrals
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Answer calls route as needed
  • Track status of patients' test or imaging
 
Salary Range: $26.42-37.49 Hourly
