Position Overview
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the company’s aggressive growth plans. You'll work closely with external Business Development Managers to drive business success from the office — no travel required.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships
- Generating and following up on quotes
- Proactively sourcing new business leads and opportunities
- Conducting telemarketing outreach to generate interest
- Providing administrative support for sales team members
- Sourcing and negotiating with vendors to meet customer needs
