About the Role
We’re looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician to operate a company-provided service van supporting the Natick area. This role is technician-focused and route-driven, performing phone repairs only while on mobile assignments.

Mobile Phone Repair Technicians should also expect to support nearby stores as needed, including helping customers and assisting with other device repairs when working in-store. Mobile route work, however, will always be limited to phones.

This is an ideal role for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable managing daily routes, and interested in building a strong technical career in electronics repair.

What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Focus)

• Perform phone repairs only from a company-provided service van
• Complete pre-dispatched repairs accurately and efficiently
• Manage daily routes, timing, and logistics to support on-time completion
• Maintain high repair quality and consistency
• Communicate clearly with store teams regarding repair status
• Accurately document repairs and parts usage in POS
• Follow strict inventory procedures, including pulling only required parts daily and returning all parts at the end of the day

All mobile repairs are completed inside the van, not inside customer homes.

Role Expectations

• Mobile repair work is phones only
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routing and workflow
• Willingness to support in-store positions as needed, including customer assistance and other device repairs
• Adherence to established repair and process standards
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability

Experience Preferences

• Phone repair experience is strongly preferred, but not mandatory
• Prior electronics repair, mobile service, or logistics-based experience is a plus
• Candidates should be comfortable learning repair processes and following structured technical standards

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
