Position Overview
As a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in the success of our store. Your primary responsibility is creating an outstanding customer experience while driving sales of repairs, accessories, and protection plans.
This is an entry-level position with excellent opportunities for advancement into leadership or technical roles. No repair experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Create an outstanding first impression and build customer trust.
- Explain repair options, timelines, warranties, and pricing.
- Recommend repairs, accessories, and device protection plans based on customer needs.
- Follow up with customers on estimates, active repairs, and leads.
- Process customer check-ins and maintain accurate documentation.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Support the technicians by ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
- Help the store achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics.
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interest in technology and consumer electronics (technical experience not required).
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $16.50 per hour
