About the Role:
uBreakiFix is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Electronic Repair Technicians. No experience is required—we'll train you This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, quick learning, and the ability to work with all types of phones.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair smartphones with precision and care
- Work in-store and/or in our Remote Tech division (driving to customer locations)
- Provide excellent customer service while explaining repairs
- Use computer systems to manage tickets and track repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
What We're Looking For:
- No prior experience required—we'll provide full training
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills (comfortable navigating software and systems)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Full-time availability required
- Quick learner who is eager to grow into more advanced repairs (tablets, computers, game consoles, etc.)
