Electronics Repair Specialist - Electronic Repair - 3- 4 Day work Week.
No Experience Necessary w/Paid Training
Weekly Pay, Commissions and Monthly Bonuses.
Compensation:
We offer competitive rates based on experience with commission opportunities and bonus structure for meeting key performance indicators. People who work hard, sell products, and do what they are supposed to can make $40-45k a year, pretty easily in a 4-5 day work week.

Position Details:
Serve customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing devices while ensuring customer satisfaction. All repairs are completed in our fully equipped Store with all the tools and equipment needed for a successful repair. Offering an extension of the customers current insurance policy is part of the repair and is how you can make commissions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
– Inform customers of job status.
– Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
– Provide recommendations for problem resolution
– Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
– Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
– Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Asurion/uBreakiFix quality standards
– Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
– Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
– Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
– Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all stock
– Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real- time status of each repair
– Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the work space

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Work well individually
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass Driving, Drug, and Background Screening
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
- Previous experience working at a retail electronics store
