Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
- Guide customers from check-in to repair completion
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices
- Communicate technical issues in a clear, understandable manner
- Offer repair estimates and recommend additional services
- Ensure all repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards
- Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment
- Answer phone calls professionally and convert inquiries to store visits
- Manage inventory accurately and uphold store cleanliness
- Utilize POS system for customer records and repair tracking
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service or retail sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and driver's license
