Key Objectives- Deliver prompt and effective technical support to healthcare staff and end-users.
- Maintain optimal functionality of hospital IT systems and medical devices.

- Document issues and solutions to improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
- Respond to incoming technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
