Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos and data-driven graphics tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Distill long-form content and articles into engaging, digestible social media posts
- Optimize content format, tone, and style for each platform's audience
- Monitor and leverage social media trends, sounds, memes, and cultural moments to generate relevant content ideas
- Write hooks, captions, and on-screen copy optimized for engagement and shareability
- Contribute fresh content ideas to support content diversification efforts
- Proven experience creating social-first content including video and graphics
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and what content performs best on each
- Social Media Marketing expertise
- Graphic Design proficiency
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or Figma
- Experience with native or third-party social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr)
- Comfortable on-camera; experience filming and speaking to camera for social content
- Strong copywriting skills with a social-native voice
- Awareness of internet culture, creator trends, and platform updates
