Job Title: Employee Relations Manager
Location: Holly Springs, NC 27540 (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 remote)
Duration: 9 months (likely extension to 12 months)
Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER Specialist to manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, advise leadership, support unionized environments, and ensure HR compliance. This role also includes performance management support, accommodation facilitation, and training delivery. Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of ER experience, strong labor law knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in employee relations with investigative expertise.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRIS and case management systems.
- Excellent communication skills; able to handle confidential information.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
- Must reside in or be able to commute to Holly Springs, NC (4 days onsite/week).
Preferred:
- Union/labor relations experience
- SHRM-CP/SCP certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in global/matrixed environments
