Last‑Mile Delivery Specialist, Auto Parts & Tire Supply (Non‑CDL)

Picture this: its 7:45am, your box truck is inspected, the handheld is synced, and youre set to serve independent tire retailers, repair shops, and dealerships that rely on U.S. AutoForce (U.S. Venture, Inc.) every day. Youll navigate a predictable route, hit 10–20 stops, communicate clearly with customers, and keep meticulous logs—rain or shine. Most shifts run 8–12 hours, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays or until all deliveries are completed. Schedules may change with business needs and can require overtime.

• Operate a non‑CDL box truck (or other company vehicle) safely and courteously.
• Deliver accurately and on time; confirm fulfillment using a company‑provided handheld device.
• Complete drivers logs, fuel purchase logs, and other required records without fail.
• Perform pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections.
• Lift 50 lbs frequently; lift up to 80 lbs occasionally; team‑lift or use mechanical aids for commercial tires.
• Push up to 40 lbs when moving barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Help load/unload; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and collect payments upon delivery when required.

• 21 years old (mandatory company policy).
• At least 1 year of professional driving (cube van, box truck, or semi) and successful completion of a company road test.
• Current drivers license with a good driving record that meets our policy.
• DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
• Comfort learning and safely operating powered industrial trucks and high‑reach lifts.
• Physical ability to meet the demands: lift 50/80 lbs and push up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication, customer focus, and adherence to safe procedures.
• Ability to work overtime when business requires.

• Required PPE: steel/composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. We provide all gear except boots.
• Follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines for compliant equipment use.
• Expect moderate noise, exposure to tire/car part/lubricant fumes, and outdoor conditions.

• Starting pay of $20.50/hr with weekly pay.
