Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Wash Bay / Yard Hand Attendant who is reliable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to our team. This role requires hands-on work maintaining the yard, assisting customers, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and communicates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load customer sand and gravel using a front-end loader.
- Maintain inventory of yard supplies and materials.
- Perform yard maintenance including weed eating, leaf blowing, shoveling, and general cleanup.
- Assist with projects in and around the yard and office as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear provided by the company.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Must pass a drug test.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Comfortable working around loud equipment and noise.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
