Job Overview:
The Marketing Specialist plays an important role in supporting and expanding the visibility of several growing companies. This position will help develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content that strengthens brand awareness across multiple industries.
This role requires both creativity and organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on multiple projects at once, collaborating with leadership teams, and turning ideas into effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that build awareness and drive engagement across multiple brands
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Plan and maintain social media and marketing content calendars
- Design and produce digital and print marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials
- Support the creation of branded merchandise concepts and promotional items
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to support business goals through creative campaigns
- Assist with planning and promoting company events, community involvement initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to marketing strategies
Skills:
- Strong creative thinking and marketing strategy development

- Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple companies

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media scheduling tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and engagement data
Requirements & Daily Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong design, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple brands and marketing initiatives
- Experience developing and maintaining marketing campaigns across several platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and team members
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company brands in a positive manner
Preferred Skills:
- Photography and videography for social media and marketing content
- Event marketing and promotional campaign experience
- Experience managing brand identity across multiple businesses
