This role will work closely with ownership and executive leadership to oversee financial operations, improve financial systems, and support business growth across all divisions.
Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for financial strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial oversight across multiple companies. The CFO will play a critical role in helping leadership make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple companies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Oversee accounting systems, financial controls, and internal processes
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax professionals, and financial partners
• Evaluate investment opportunities and capital expenditures
• Support leadership with financial modeling and strategic planning
Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)
• Experience overseeing multi-entity financial operations preferred
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to executive leadership
