Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Brea, CA location.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Morning shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers promptly at the sales counter, by phone, and through email.
- Create and manage sales orders, returns (RGAs), and inventory transfers.
- Provide quotes, place and process orders, and support walk-in customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
- Support order fulfillment, including stock placement, will call preparation, and general warehouse tasks.
- Proactively track and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all company procedures.
- Expand customer base and grow counter sales and profits.
- Other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Electrical product knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills and comfort using web browsers and data entry tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions.
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
