Lade Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be located in our Macon, GA location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers through in-person visits to drive sales and build strong business relationships.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions by partnering with internal teams and product specialists.
- Prospect for new business and develop existing accounts to grow sales in Construction, Commercial, Energy Services, and Industrial markets.
- Generate accurate quotes and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to order.
- Attend sales and product training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while delivering outstanding service.
- Travel regularly to customer sites and branch offices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in sales or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, overcome objections, and manage multiple accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math for pricing and profitability.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and maintain a flexible schedule for customer visits.
