Your practice will extend from traditional emergency room settings to potential deployment situations where field medicine is practiced.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide immediate evaluation and management of emergency patients.
- Deliver comprehensive emergent medical care including diagnostics and emergency interventions.
- Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team and ensures continuity of care.
- Play an instrumental role in emergency preparedness, planning, and practice drills.
- Manage medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies and provide guidance to the healthcare team.
- Participate in and / or lead medical research and studies.
- Ensure all medical practices, policies, and procedures comply with military standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and maintain an active understanding of the field s advancements.
