The Air Force is currently offering full-time positions for Anesthesiologists. There is a starting bonus ranging from $275,000 to $600,000 if eligible, along with annual / monthly incentive pays and the opportunity to reduce your taxable income through the New Blended Retirement System (similar to 401K).
