What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Duty Aide position at U.P. Home Health & Hospice?
We are seeking compassionate, caring individuals to be Private Duty Aides and help area seniors be able to remain in their homes by providing personal care, homemaking, and respite/companion care. No experience necessary. Paid training and orientation is provided. Reliable transportation is required for this position.
We offer competitive wages and flexible scheduling to accommodate class schedules, childcare needs, etc. An additional $3.20 per hour is paid out monthly for services provided to MI Waiver clients. There are also sign on bonuses available, premium pay for holidays worked, referral bonuses for new employees sent our way, paid travel time, employee recognition, and milestone bonuses.
