The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing and delivering training while monitoring the performance of new hires, transfers, and current team members requiring additional support. This role ensures all training documentation, including OPR9 and related records, is completed accurately and on time. The position requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, leadership, trainers, and support departments. The Training Coordinator will provide and solicit ongoing feedback to support team success and must have a solid understanding of production workflows within a manufacturing environment. Work conditions may include varying temperatures ranging from hot to cold and humid to damp. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of production processes and workflows within a manufacturing environment
- Prior training experience preferred
- Ability to train, coach, and guide employees to meet production and departmental goals
- Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Familiarity with departmental operations, organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or ability to quickly develop these skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
